Who We Are

Axyom Assist is a suite of Generative Artificial Intelligence (Gen AI) products developed by SymSoft Solutions, LLC. Our mission is to deliver purposeful and trusted Gen AI-powered experiences throughout the customer journey. More information about us can be found at: https://axyomassist.com/.

Acceptance of Terms

By using Axyom Assist (“the Service”), you (“the Customer”) agrees to these Terms of Use.

Assignment

Licensing for the use Axyom Assist is provided to only the Customer and is not transferrable. In certain cases, such as a merger, acquisition, or successor, licensing may be transferred after appropriate consultation with SymSoft Solutions, LLC.

No Professional Advice

Axyom Assist generates outputs using artificial intelligence. These outputs are for informational purposes only and are not professional advice (legal, medical, financial, or otherwise). The Customer is responsible for evaluating the accuracy and appropriateness of any output before relying on it. In the case that the Customer provides Axyom Assist as a service to their end users, we recommend providing the end user with a subsequent Terms of Use and/or appropriate disclaimers for use of the Service.

Accuracy and Limitations of AI

AI systems are probabilistic and may produce incorrect, incomplete, or biased results. While Axyom Assist continually strives to provide the best possible outcome and has appropriate AI controls in place, we cannot guarantee the accuracy, reliability, or suitability of AI responses. The Customer agrees not to rely on the Service for decisions that could result in harm to people, property, or business without independent verification.

User Responsibilities

The Customer agrees to:

Use the Service in compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
Not use the Service to create or disseminate harmful, discriminatory, or unlawful content.
Not attempt to reverse engineer, misuse, or interfere with the Service.
Be solely responsible for how the outputs from the Service are used.

Intellectual Property

The Service, including its underlying software, is owned by SymSoft Solutions, LLC. Data provided as knowledge to the service by the Customer for the purpose of answering questions is owned by the Customer.

Data and Privacy

Axyom Assist may process user inputs and outputs to provide and improve the Service. Users of the Service should not share personal, confidential, or sensitive information unless necessary. In the case PII information is shared, Axyom Assist has guardrails to redact PII information prior to providing them to LLMs.

Third-Party Services

Axyom Assist leverages third-party services including AI services and other infrastructure from Amazon Web Services and/or Microsoft Azure. In certain cases, Axyom Assist may also leverage customer-provided APIs as input for AI answers.

Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided “AS IS” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, SymSoft Solutions, LLC is not liable for any damages (direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential) arising from the Customer’s use of the Service or reliance on outputs.

Indemnification

The Customer agrees to indemnify and hold harmless SymSoft Solutions, LLC, its officers, employees, and affiliates from any claims, losses, or damages resulting from the Customer’s use of the Service.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. The updated Terms of Use will be effective upon posting. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
